I am a certified Master chef at the culinary institute of America and ordered several knives from Cangshan to evaluate at the institute . The knives arrived in poor condition with scratches , stains and poor packaging. I had high Hope's for Cangshan but was disappointed. I will not buy again.

My dad bought me this knife as a gift from Knife Works in TN. It's beautiful! It slices, chops, and dices like a dream. It's made prepping so mich easier and more time efficient.
