Michelin-Starred American Chef Thomas Keller to Partner with Cutting Edge Knife Manufacturer Cangshan Cutlery
Cangshan Cutlery and chef Thomas Keller have come together to begin a new chapter in the world of cutlery. Henry Liu’s uncompromising vision to develop the finest knives in the marketplace and chef Keller’s continuous drive for innovation has resulted in an exclusive partnership that will allow them to develop beautiful and functional knives for home cooks and professional chefs.

The knives will be utilized at chef Keller’s newly opened restaurant at The Surf Club in Surfside, Florida, as well as other new projects.
Henry Liu is the founder, owner and chief designer of Cangshan Cutlery, a fresh, new knife brand that came to market in 2015. With a focus on forward thinking aesthetics and professional caliber functionality Cangshan sought to bring something innovative to the culinary world. In the 3 years since their launch they have won 22 design awards including multiple Red Dot and German Design Awards for their exceptional design and craftsmanship of their cutlery.
