    Good design, bad finishing

    Nice design, and super sharp.

    But the coners of the spine are so sharp out of the box, the knife is unusable.

    I ground mine on a belt sander, but if you don't have the capacity fix it it home, it would have to be returned.

    Great knives

    This is my second Thomas Keller knife after purchasing the santoku awhile back. Great blade, well balanced. I'm sure it won't be my last.

    This knife is so easy to work with. It feels like it was made for me. Incredibly sharp and comfortable to hold - it’s my favorite knife!
