Canceling or Modifying an Order

To cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately. If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. To make changes, the order may need to be canceled and reordered. If an order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, address changes may incur additional fees. If a shipment is undeliverable after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us and processed as a standard return.
