      Nice fillet knife

      The knife feels really good in your hands. The flex of the steel is really nice for cleaning fish. A nice knife for my collection!

      Best knife purchase

      We bought the TN one series, cheese and tomato knife the year ago. Very soon it was my go to knife for more than that! Incredible quality and my knife still looks brand new after well. Over a years worth of almost constant use. I am now back on the company website to purchase a small set of additional nice. For those who have smaller hands or perhaps less strength, these are very light and extremely well balanced. I have found a gem of a company that has an amazing quality of product. I highly recommend their knives.

      These knives are very modern

      These knives are very modern looking and extremely sharp and balanced. This set will be replacing my old set of Cangshan knives which I was also very happy with.

      TN1 17 piece knife block set

      These knives are a work of art! Forged and ground out of a solid piece of 14C28N Swedish steel. They are sharp, retain their edge very well, and sharpen easily. We have been so pleased with them that we bought a second set for our vacation home.
