  • Forged from Swedish Damasteel RWL34 powdered steel, an extraordinarily fine-grained, high-alloy steel known for its excellent edge strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance.
  • Full-tang blade construction. Bolster-free design supports a firm pinch grip and allows easy honing/sharpening.
  • Each blade goes through our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment for incredible strength and durability, scoring a 61 ±2

    Amazing!

    Well balanced blade. Super sharp

    I had the knives for a week now and I’m very happy with the quality of the blade and how sharp they are. Perfect for every cut

    I cleaned fish, sliced meat and cut lots of vegetables. Also the bread is a dream come true for a chef. Amazing product.

    Designed in collaboration with superstar chef Thomas Keller, this series of knives is the utmost expression for Cangshan. This piece, with serrated edges is encased in a keepsake wooden box. Highly recommended for all who love cooking and value artisanship.
