The YARI Series is a bold statement of traditional design coupled with innovative materials. Exceptionally sharp, and striking in design, these hand-sharpened blades feature a unique 67-layer Damascus pattern across the face of the X-7 high-alloy full-tang blades. Rich, ultra-dense gray G10 handles balance each knife while providing exceptional comfort and precision for the chef. This knife set comes with a rich gray wood HUA block that is perfectly shaped to protect the knife's distinct blade and keep it handy in the kitchen.
- Hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side. HRC 60+/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
- Forged from 67 layers of Cangshan proprietary X-7 Damascus Steel.

Have been obsessed with these knives since I first saw them. Read the reviews and considering the high price but great comments decided to finally purchase the set. They arrived and are a masterpiece in design & quality. They’ve exceeded my expectations and are a pleasure to use. So glad to have made the purchase!

I haven’t used all of the knives yet but the ones I’ve used (Chefs, Bread and steak knives) I’m beyond happy. All of the knives cut with ease. I love the black and gray colors as well. Some of the best knives I’ve ever used. The cuts are so clean. Will be buying more steak knives along with the carving set. I highly recommend this set. Only thing I wish is they’d make a limited edition set to compete with the Wustof Performer series. The all black look is very nice.

I love my set. The knives are very sharp and easy to handle. Not too light and not too heavy. I hand wash and dry after every use. I find myself using the 7” Santoku the most. I wish this set or Yari series have a 5” and 6” santoku. I would definitely use more of those sizes than the 8” chef knife which I hardly use. Although the knife block is beautiful and practical it was useless for me since I like to store my knives in a drawer. I had to purchase a drawer knife block set from Amazon to go with these. Everyone who visited and used the knives complimented how sharp and beautiful the knives were. They asked how much but I won’t tell them. I just say it’s expensive and not cheap like the Cangshan series sold at Costco. I will be buying more as gifts.
