A beautifully-crafted knife block set that will elevate any kitchen. Exceptionally sharp and striking in design, each full-tang X-7 Damascus steel blade features a hammered texture that looks stunning and allows food to slide right off the blade for easy slicing and dicing. The balanced, durable octagonal handles are made from G-10 fiberglass in a rich blue and black faux-wood-grain pattern and are complemented and secured by a single mosaic rivet. This knife set comes with an HUA maple wood block, giving you easy access to your favorite knives and keeping them safe when stored.

    Great knives and a few suggestions

    Some of the most attractive and sharpest knives I have ever owned. I love them. I cook a lot and these almost fall through food! I would have preferred a few changes. The serrated utility knife has very little use for me. I would have liked a filet knife and a non-serrated utility knife. I had to keep both of those from my last knife set to complement the Cangshan knives. I would have liked the block to come with touch-up paint. The knives are so sharp they immediately began catching the edges of the openings. This takes the color off the block.

    I love the lines of

    I love the lines of this beautiful blue block. The knife quality is outstanding. These knives are the sharpest I have ever used. Great weight and balance.

    The Knives I Always Wanted.

    I am by no means a practiced cook or chef, but have for the entirety of my adult life struggled with cheap knives when it came to meal prepping. After using a Kita Series Chef’s knife, I decided to invest in an entire set for myself and I have been absolutely blown away. Starting with the knife block: it’s heavy and solid, not to mention being aesthetically pleasing.

    The knives themselves are outstanding. Hand-forged X-7 Damascus gives each blade its own unique fingerprint; they hold their edges for longer than expected due to their hardness and yet aren’t brittle like most metals in the same Rockwell range. I was able to slice through large turnips as though they were tomatoes with the Santoku. My only advice is to be very mindful of where your fingers are while using these as they are sharpened to a razor’s edge. Extremely happy with this purchase for the price point, they are well worth the investment for a pro set of knives I expect to last a lifetime.

    I did not purchase these knives, they were sent to the wrong address and return to you. I was email and told I would have to reordered them. I decided not to
