This knife is the best serrated knife you can buy. It is lightweight, incredibly strong and sharp, absolutely gorgeous and cuts thin-skinned, succulent fruit and veggies with zero damage to the skin or flesh and no juice loss. It just glides through anything like it’s warm butter. The handle has ergonomic grip design, additionally perfected by the meticulously polished smooth olive wood. I find myself looking for veggies to cut just so that I can use this kitchen masterpiece.

This is a beautiful knife and feels great in my hand. Unfortunately, there was a small rusted pit on the back side of it and it wasn't as sharp as I anticipated it to be. It was a bit of a struggle to cut an apple in half.

My Oliv series paring knife has maybe the sharpest edge of any knife I own. It might actually be sharper than my Marble's Trailcraft in *****. The fit and finish are perfect. The grinds appear symmetrical. I think it was a great buy.
