KITA Series 3-Piece Starter Knife Set, High Carbon X-7 Damascus Steel, 501530

This knife is super sharp right out of the box. I made razor thin carrot slices with almost no effort. The pieces didn't get all stuck on the blade. I can already tell this is going to be a workhorse. I wasn't sure if I'd like the edges on the handle but it's comfortable. The magnetic cover feels substantial, something actually worth keeping. Beautiful presentation in the box.

Some of the most attractive and sharpest knives I have ever owned. I love them. I cook a lot and these almost fall through food! I would have preferred a few changes. The serrated utility knife has very little use for me. I would have liked a filet knife and a non-serrated utility knife. I had to keep both of those from my last knife set to complement the Cangshan knives. I would have liked the block to come with touch-up paint. The knives are so sharp they immediately began catching the edges of the openings. This takes the color off the block.
