Product Description
The ALPS Series showcases a modern streamlined design that focuses on an incredibly ergonomic handle that offers a secure and comfortable grip. Sleek curves create a beautiful balance to the boldly angled bolster while highlighting the durable, triple-rivet handle.
  • The 8-inch Honing Steel features a half-grooved and half-smooth finish. The grooved, coarse side of the steel is used for regular maintenance, to realign the microscopic teeth on the blade’s edge. The smooth, fine side of the steel is used to finish the edge with a few swipes of the blade after honing on the grooved side. For average use, the grooved side can be used weekly, and the smooth side, daily. Regularly honed knives will retain their edges longer before needing to be sharpened.

    Beautiful set

    This is the first set of knives I have ever owned. After years of mismatched cheap knives, I finally found a set I was willing to spend the money on. The knives are shape and the weight is perfect. The handle design is comfortable and allows for ease of use.

    I have only had them for a couple of weeks, even though they are white nothing I’ve chopped up has stained the handles. Only time will tell how well they hold up.

    Best steak knifes! Sharp & well balanced

    Small knife review

    I purchased this set plus another knife. I dropped the small knife, and the tip of it bent. I’ve never had this happen before, even with less expensive knives. I haven’t used the others, so I’m not able to provide a review for those.

    Great knife set!

    This is the first knife set I’ve spent this much money on and it was sooo worth it. Great quality and the knives are so sharp. I also love that it has the in-drawer storage so I can keep less stuff in my counter tops. Definitely recommend!
