      Sharp! Holy Cow!

      I first bought Keller chef knives for my employees at Christmas, 10 of them. That was a very good choice.

      My wife has arthritis badly and loves the handle and sharpness! So I bought her the steak knives for home, she is delighted! Same great performance.

      The quality is very good and stay sharp with honing, very good value, Jeff
