White mineral oil blade oil is a non-toxic, non-drying product derived from petroleum that is colorless, odorless, and flavorless. It has a variety of applications for knife and industrial machinery maintenance. Our mineral oils are most used in food-handling applications.

    It is good to have around.

    I use this for knife handles, accessories and a maple kitchen island when it dries out. It works great and is good to know it is kitchen safe.
