    Exceptionally sharp

    Beautiful, comfortable and very sharp. I love them so far. it's too early to know if they are gonna hold an edge, or how they will hold the edge, but they are beautiful and functional. I've loved using them!

    Great Product, Great Service

    My wife and I bought this for our culinary- and cutlery-fan son, and he loves it -- just like he loved the 7-inch utility knife we bought him last year. These are products of the highest quality.

    And Cangshan also gets five stars from us for customer service. When we learned that this knife no longer comes with a presentation box, we contacted the company, and Andrew and Angela at Cangshan were able to find a box and ship it to us at no cost. That's how you respond to a customer request!
