    Amazing!

    Well balanced blade. Super sharp

    I had the knives for a week now and I’m very happy with the quality of the blade and how sharp they are. Perfect for every cut

    I cleaned fish, sliced meat and cut lots of vegetables. Also the bread is a dream come true for a chef. Amazing product.

    I have been shopping for

    I have been shopping for a great quality set, and either they are expensive or don't have quality properties.

    Cangshan has many options, and the TKSC is affordable, and has quality and design.

    This set is beautiful, the weight is perfect. The material is Damasteel and they are extremely sharp.

    Poor heat treatment or loss of temper in sharpening

    The steel used in these blades has far greater potential than what it sees here.. I really should not have bought these blades but I like the handle design the profile and the steel.

    I thought why not. I actually like the value I got from a very cheap costco BBQ set made by Changshan. These knives are 10X the cost but not much better craftsmanship.

    I rolled and edge quickly which makes me think it’s a temper issue.

    Idk what to do with these knives I guess I could return them (I did not check the policy). It’s a bit sad but I guess I will end up with Japanese blades in R2 Steel and high end VG10. I may just get a Kramer
