    Designed in collaboration with superstar chef Thomas Keller, this series of knives is the utmost expression for Cangshan. This piece, with serrated edges is encased in a keepsake wooden box. Highly recommended for all who love cooking and value artisanship.

    Love this knife so far. Can slice tomatos very thin without squashing the poor thing.
