      No response from customer service

      I bought the V2 Series 6-Piece Knife Block Set as a Christmas present for my wife. It won't work in our kitchen so I've called once and emailed three times to return it but have gotten no response (it's almost 30 days since I bought it, so I'm guessing I'll hear back on day 31, which is out of their return window). Terrible customer service.
